Every Person selected for appointment to this post shall undergo training  in one of the  Gramasevak train in g Centres in the state before appointment to the post.  The training of a candidate will be terminated in the event of his conduct being unsatisfactory or in  case he is found to be inefficient during the period of training.  The candidates will be appointed to the posts only if they satisfactorily complete the training Course.  The seniority of the persons appointed to the post will be fixed on the basis of the ranks obtained by them in the final examinations conducted at the training  Centres on completion of the training course.  The training period will not be counted for probation and increment.

               3. Every person to be appointed to the post will be required to execute a bond agreeing to serve the State Government for a period of 5 years, after training and reimburse liquidated damages to the content of Rs.500/- in addition to the amount actually spent for the training in case they violate the terms of  agreement. But those who get appointment in Department  of the Government or Quasi Government Institutions need not give damage of Rs.500/- to the Government.

Relaxation of age will be allowed to all provisional employees of the twentynine Co-operative Institutions mentioned in G.O.(P)No.41/98/co-op dated 09l03.1998  (whether they continue in service or relieved from service) who have been appointed through the Employment Exchange  to the extent of their provisional service  provided  they possess a minimum service of one year in the provisional appointment. The maximum period of relaxation allowed to such persons will be five years. Once they get  appointment on regular basis, the concessions will not be available to further appointment to any post.  The candidates who are entitled to the above concessions  shall note the details thereof in the respective columns of the applications.  The applicants should obtain a certificate from the Head of Office or Head of department or appointing authority  of the Co-operative Institutions  concerned. Probation

(c)    The training under clause(a) field Training under clause(b) above shall be completed within the period of probation.

Agreement

A person appointed to the service as Junior Inspector shall before undergoing the course of training, execute an agreement in proper form with two sureties binding himself.

(i) to undergo the entire course of the said training and instruction

(ii) to serve in the Co-operative department for a period of not less than five years after completion of training.

(iii) In the case he fails to fulfil either of the conditions mentioned in clause (i) and (ii) to refund to the State Government the total amount drawn by him as pay and allowances (excluding Travelling allowances) during the course of Training.

SPECIAL CONCESSIONS REGARDING APPOINTMENT AND AGE LIMIT

1. 2.
