Lower Grade Examination in Malayalam Typewriting (KGTE) (This qualification need be acquired before the completion of probation) Note:- 1. IMC Certificates are not acceptable. True copies of certificates obtained from the Government alone will be accepted as proof of Typewriting qualification. Certificates obtained from Typewriting Institute will not be accepted. 2. Asper the rules in force Malayalam Typewriting is not compulsory for Ex-servicemen who have completed normal tenure of service for applying to this post. Physically Handicapped persons are not eligible for appointment to the post in the Last Grade Service of Watcher, Watchman and Maker (Medical College, Collegiate Education and Technical Education Department) and Regular marker (Animal Husbandry Department ) 3.
