Preferential:- Participation in major exhibitions, one man and group shows preference being given of within the meaning of GO (MS) 50/70/PD dated 12.2.1970 as amended

Probation:- Every person appointed to this post shall from the date on which he joins duty be on probation for a period of two years on duty within a continous period of three years

7.	Qualifications			:	Degree in telecommunication Engineering with Experience of one year in an institution imparting instructions in Telecommunication Engineering OR
			Diploma in Tele Communication Engineering/Pass in Graduate Membership Examination of the Institute of Telecommunication Engineers (India)/Diploma in Electronics and six years experience in an Institution imparting instructions in Tele Communication Engineering Note:-Preference will be given to those with 60% or more marks

			.Experience claimed by the candidates shall be the one gained after acquiring the basic qualification prescribed for the post.
			The veracity of the Experience Certificate will be subjected to scrutiny and those who issue or produce bogus certificates will be subjected to legal proceedings. Liability to serve in the Defence Services

Persons appointed to the post shall be liable notwithstanding that at the time of requisition they are holding higher appointments to serve for a minimum period of four years (including periods spend in Training) in the Defence Service or on assignment relating to defence efforts anywhere in India or abroad if so required. The liability to serve in the defence services will be limited to the first ten years of service and will not ordinarily apply to persons above 40 years of age.
