Applications are invited from qualified “Class C” employees coming under the purview of the Kerala Public Service Commission, in The Kerala Toddy Workers Welfare Fund Board for admission to the Eligibility Test for appointment as Lower Division Clerk in the same Department (Vide G. O. (MS) No. 49/99 Labour dtd. 13.04.1999).
Qualification:-
Pass in S.S.L.C Examination.
Note:- The Candidates should obtain at least 40% marks in the Eligibility Test conducted by the Commission. Self attested copy to prove educational qualification should be enclosed with the application.
Application Form:-
Candidates should apply in the application form exclusively prescribed for “Suitability Tests”. The application forms are available at the Head Office and Regional / District Offices of the Commission on payment of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only). (Please see Appendix-I to Malayalam Version of the application for model format). The words
“Application for admission to the Eligibility Test for the “Class C” employees for appointment as “Lower Division Clerk” should be superscribed on the top of the envelope.Note:- Applications not Countersigned by the Head of Department/Office showing his name and designation will be rejected. Candidates need not send their application through the Head of Department/Office. Applications Countersigned by the Head of the Department/Office may be sent by the candidates direct to this Office along with required documents.

ELIGIBILITY/ SUITABILTIY TEST
1. Applications are invited from Lineman Gr. I of Kerala State Electricity Board coming within the purview of Kerala Public Service Commission for the eligibility test for promotion to 15% earmarked for employees in the Lower Category (Binder, Attender, Duplicator Operator, Duffedar, Watchman (Regular establishment), Peon, Electricity Worker, Lineman Gr.I) of the vacancies of Junior Assistant/Cashier in the Board.
Qualifications:-
(a) Pass in SSLC
(b) 5 Years experience (Service) under the board in the regular establishment (For Pre-degree holders or equivalent examination 3 years service under the Board shall be sufficient)
Syllabus:-
(1) General Knowledge and current affairs
(2) Mathematics
(3) General English
(4) Regional Language
Note:- Those who secured not less than 40% (Forty Percentage) marks will be declared eligible.

A new application form for eligibility test/suitability test has been prescribed by the Commission. Hence the application for the eligibility test in response to this notification should be submitted in above form devised and printed by the Kerala Public Service Commission for the eligibility test/suitability test. The application form can be obtained from the Head Office/District Offices of the Commission. The cost of application form is Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) for all candidates.
The application should be certified by the Head of Office/ Department. Application not in the prescribed form and without the above certificate will be summarily rejected. Documents to prove Qualification, Community, Age, Experience etc. should not be attached with the application. They have to be produced as and when called for by the Commission.
